When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the USA. International delivery times may vary by country and can take 10–15 business days.

Absolutely! We proudly ship our authentic Western outfits worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly from our website or the courier’s site.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and include photos of the damage. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is processed and sent for fulfillment. Please email us immediately for any changes.

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Final sale items and custom pieces are non-returnable.
